Aldafea Coaching offers holistic and individualized epigenetics coaching in the Walsrode and Heidekreis area. The approach is based on the insight that only 2% of illnesses are genetically predetermined — the remaining 98% have their cause in environmental conditions and lifestyle. The goal is to positively influence one's own gene expression through targeted changes in nutrition, exercise, sleep, mindset, and social environment. The coaching begins with a detailed questionnaire, followed by a joint initial consultation in which needs and goals are clarified. The support is individualized and cause-oriented — not a medical diagnosis, but well-founded lifestyle counseling with the goal of sustainable health competence. Sessions are available both on-site and online.
